To start searching for your dream car, visit www.lycamotors.com. Use the car search tool to filter options based on your preferences, and view detailed pictures and specifications for each vehicle.
After selecting a car, new customers should click "Free Quote" to provide their details. Returning customers should log in to their account and click "Buy Now" to proceed. Once these steps are completed, you will receive a Proforma Invoice with detailed pricing and shipping costs.
To make a payment, refer to the Proforma Invoice sent from our official email: info@lycamotors.com. Payments must be made via bank wire transfer within five working days. After completing the transfer, send the payment confirmation receipt to info@lycamotors.com so that we can begin the shipping process.
You will receive an email with shipment details, including booking information. Log in to your Lyca Motors Japan account to view departure and arrival dates under the "My Account" section.
When we ship your car, we will send you the Original Export Certificate (in Japanese), the Translated English Export Certificate (provided by Lyca Motors Japan), a Customs Invoice for local verification, and the Bill of Lading (BL) for collecting your car at the port. These documents will be delivered via DHL.
To clear customs, contact your local customs office or agent for assistance. Ensure you have all the necessary documents provided by Lyca Motors Japan to complete the process smoothly.
To ensure the safety of your payment, only pay based on the Proforma Invoice sent from our official email: info@lycamotors.com. Always use the Lyca Motors Japan Co. Ltd beneficiary accounts provided in the invoice.
Payments must be completed within five working days. If you miss the deadline, your reservation may be canceled.
No, full payment is required before your car is shipped.
