New Customers: Click "Free Quote" if you’re new or haven’t purchased from us before. Register or provide your details to proceed.
Returning Customers: Click "Buy Now" if you’ve previously purchased or deposited with us. Log in to your account to continue.
Final Steps: After selecting "Buy Now," provide necessary details, such as your destination, to adjust shipping costs. You will then receive your Proforma Invoice.
Important: We will review your reservation and contact you if any further steps are required.
Receive the Proforma Invoice: Check your email for the invoice and print it for your reference.
Payment Details: Make payments only based on the invoice sent from our official email: info@lycamotors.com. Complete payment within 5 working days. Use bank wire transfer to the Lyca Motors Japan Co. Ltd beneficiary accounts listed in the invoice.
Confirmation: Email the payment receipt to info@lycamotors.com. Shipping will begin once your payment is confirmed.
Stay Updated: You will receive an email with shipment details, including booking information. Log in to your Lyca Motors Japan account to view departure and arrival dates under the "My Account" page.
Receive Documents: When your car is shipped, we will send the original documents via DHL.
Prepare for Collection: Collect your car at your Destination Port with the following documents:
